Do you work on systems you didn’t install?
Yes. We check systems installed by anyone, including systems whose original installer is no longer available. Any brand, any installer.
Which brands do you work with?
Sunsynk, Deye, Victron, Goodwe, Growatt, Pylontech, Dyness, Freedom Won and others. If you’re unsure about your brand, include it in your booking.
Do you issue a Certificate of Compliance?
A CoC can only be issued by a registered electrician. If one is needed, we can arrange it through our partner electrician at an additional cost. The Health Check is not a CoC or an insurance certification.
Will you try to sell me a new system?
No. Honest recommendations only. You receive clear findings and decide what to do next. There is no obligation to buy anything.
How long does it take?
The visit takes about 1.5–2 hours. You’ll receive your written report within 24 hours of the check.
What if you find a problem?
We explain the finding, include photos where relevant, and recommend the next steps. Repairs or replacements are quoted separately. You decide.
What areas do you cover?
Our service area is [service area]. The exact towns and suburbs will be confirmed here before bookings open. The R1,950 all-inclusive price applies within that area.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel is included within 15km of Bothasig. Outside that, we charge R7.50 per km for the trip there and back beyond the free zone. For example, if you’re 25km away, travel is R150. The exact amount is shown when you book. More than 60km away? We’ll quote you.
